Training Notes: Morotedori yonkyo

In the following video, Morihiro Saito Sensei (9th Dan) demonstrates the Aikido technique Morotedori yonkyo.

Set up for the technique is the same as Morotedori ikkyo

The set up for the demonstrated technique is the same as for Morotedori ikkyo and requires the same application of kokyu ho and hanmi principles.
