• Set up for the technique is the same as Morotedori ikkyo

The set up for the demonstrated  technique is the same as for Morotedori ikkyo and requires the same application of kokyu ho and hanmi principles.

 

• Alternate ura application (basic) – Takemusu Aikido (Vol )

The below photo demonstration and accompanying notes explain the alternate ura application for the technique.  The set up for the ura application is the same as for Morotedori ikkyo ura.
