In the below video, Yoshimitsu Yamada Sensei (8th dan Aikikai) provides instruction for the Aikido technique Yokomenuchi maki otoshi.  The technique (a “spiral drop”) is applied in response to an attack in the form of a circular strike to the side of the head (yokomenuchi).
