In the below video, seniors from our dojo demonstrate various options for receiving ukemi from shiho nage.  Demonstrations include:

• Basic fall;
• Backward roll;
• Forward roll;
• Roll-out breakfall;
• Breakfall.

The demonstrations were informally recorded at an ukemi workshop at Aikido Warrior Dojo on 2 May 2015 .
