In the below video Morihiro Saito Sensei (9th Dan Aikikai) demonstrates and provides instruction for the Aikido technique – Ai hanmi katatedori sankyo (omote and ura).

Depending on the school the technique is also sometimes referred to as Kosadori sankyo or Katate kosadori sankyo.
